【摘要】 目的 汉化疾病不确定感社区量表并验证其在我国肺结节患者中的信度和效度。方法 基于Brislin模型，对疾病不确定感社区量表进行翻译、回译、文化调适试及预调查，形成中文版疾病不确定感社区量表，并检验其在肺结节患者中的信效度。结果 中文版疾病不确定感社区量表包括信息缺失(7个条目)、概念模糊(6个条目)、结构复杂(6个条目)、变化难以预料(4个条目)4个维度，共23个条目。探索性因子分析结果显示，4个因子的累积方差贡献率为60.145%。量表水平的平均内容效度指数为1,条目水平的内容效度指数为1;验证性因子分析结果显示，模型拟合良好。量表总的Cronbach’s α系数为0.913,各维度Cronbach’s α系数介于0.860～0.916,重测信度为0.831。结论 中文版疾病不确定感社区量表信效度良好，可用于测量我国肺结节患者疾病不确定感水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To translate the Uncertainty in Illness Scale-Community(MUIS-C) into Chinese and verify its reliability and validity in Chinese patients with pulmonary nodules.Methods Based on the Brislin model, the MUIS-C was translated, back-translated, culturally adapted and pre-investigated to form the Chinese version of the Disease Uncertainty Community Scale, and its reliability and validity in patients with pulmonary nodules were tested.Results The Chinese version of the MUIS-C included four dimensions: missing information(7 items),vague concepts(6 items),complex structures(6 items),and unpredictable changes(4 items),totaling 23 items.Exploratory factor analysis(EFA) revealed that the cumulative variance contribution rate of the four factors was 60.145%.The average content validity index at the scale level was 1,and the content validity index at the item level was 1.Confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) showed that the model fit was good.The overall Cronbach’s α coefficient of the scale was 0.913,and the Cronbach’s α coefficients of each dimension were between 0.860 and 0.916.The test-retest reliability was 0.831.Conclusion The Chinese version of MUIS-C has good reliability and validity, and can be used to measure the level of illness uncertainty in patients with pulmonary nodules in China.更多还原
