【摘要】 目的 调查中青年系统性红斑狼疮女性患者社交回避及苦恼现状，分析其潜在类别特征，探讨其影响因素。方法 采用一般资料调查表、社交回避及苦恼量表、社会影响量表、自我厌恶感量表和领悟社会支持量表对长沙市2所三级甲等医院441例中青年系统性红斑狼疮女性患者进行调查，分析其潜在剖面特征及影响因素。结果 中青年系统性红斑狼疮女性患者社交回避及苦恼分为低水平组(23.36%)、中水平组(44.22%)和高水平组(32.43%)。影响因素为职业状况、每周运动次数、社会影响、自我厌恶感和领悟社会支持(P<0.05)。结论 中青年系统性红斑狼疮女性患者社交回避及苦恼存在显著的异质性，医护人员应关注其社交回避及苦恼水平，识别其影响因素，制订相应的干预措施舒缓患者的心理压力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current status of social avoidance and distress in young and middle-aged women with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),and analyze its potential profile and influencing factors.Methods a total of 441 young and middle-aged female patients with SLE in 2 tertiary A hospitals of Changsha city were investigated by general information questionnaire, Social Avoidance and Distress Scale, Social Impact Scale, Questionnaire for the Assessment of Self-Disgust and Perceived Social Support Scale.The potential profile characteristics and influencing factors were analyzed.Results Social avoidance and distress in young and middle-aged female patients with SLE could be divided into three potential categories, including low-level group(23.36%),moderate-level group(44.22%) and high-level group(32.43%).The influencing factors were occupational status, weekly exercise frequency, social impact, self-disgust and perceived social support(P<0.05).Conclusion Social avoidance and distress in young and middle-aged female patients with SLE exhibits significant heterogeneity.Medical staff should pay attention to their social avoidance and distress, identify its influencing factors, and formulate corresponding intervention to relieve psychological distress of patients.更多还原
