菁牧6号羊草新品系的选育

【摘要】 为选育适宜东北地区的高产、耐寒、优质牧草,2002年以黑龙江省5地野生羊草为基础,经多年混合选择育成菁牧6号羊草新品系。2016—2018年品比试验显示,其平均干草产量7 926.6 kg/hm~2、种子产量277.3 kg/hm~2,较吉生1号、野生羊草分别增产15.6%、26.8%和29.4%、52.6%(P<0.05)。三年四点生产试验平均干草产量7 314.59 kg/hm~2,较吉生1号、东北羊草增产11.46%、16.96%(P<0.05)。三年三点区域试验平均干草产量11 393.7 kg/hm~2,较中科1号、吉生3号增产6.9%、9.6%(P<0.05)。该品系株型整齐,草产量与种子产量高、耐寒性强,适合在东北地区推广种植。

【Abstract】 To breed high-yielding,cold-resistant and high-quality forage suitable for Northeast China,the new Leymus chinensis strain "Jingmu No.6" was developed through years of mass selection,based on wild Leymus chinensis from 5 regions in Heilongjiang Province since 2002.The 2016—2018 variety comparison test showed that its average hay yield was 7 926.6 kg/hm~2and seed yield 277.3 kg/hm~2,increasing by 15.6% and 26.8% compared with Jisheng No.1 and wild Leymus chinensis,by 29.4%and 52.6% respectively(P<0.05).The three-year and four-location production test showed an average hay yield of7 314.59 kg/hm~2,increasing by 11.46% and 16.96% compared with Jisheng No.1 and Northeast Leymus chinensis(P<0.05).The three-year and three-location regional test showed an average hay yield of 11 393.7 kg/hm~2,increasing by 6.9% and 9.6% compared with Zhongke No.1 and Jisheng No.3(P<0.05).This strain has uniform plant type,high hay and seed yields,and strong cold resistance,suitable for popularization in Northeast China.
