基于新农科背景下打造“四育”闭环式《家畜育种学》教学方式方法改革研究

【摘要】 本研究聚焦于新农科背景下的教学设计创新,以学生发展为中心,紧扣教学实践中的痛点问题,通过课程内容的重构、教学方法的创新、教学环境的创设、教学评价的改革等方式方法,构建“一引,两线,三面,四育”新农科闭环式教学创新框架。通过思政引领强“德育”、双轨协同促“教育”、三面立体突破“培育”,最终完成系统性闭环“孕育”的四育培养模式。旨在为新农科教育提供具有系统性和可操作性的教学创新的理论参考,为现代化生物育种培养兼具理论素养、实践能力与创新精神的复合型新农科人才。

【Abstract】 This study focuses on the innovation of teaching design under the background of New Agricultural Sciences,centering on student development and addressing the pain points in teaching practice.It constructs a closed-loop teaching innovation framework for New Agricultural Sciences characterized by “one guidance,two lines,three dimensions,and four types of education” through methods such as the reconstruction of curriculum content,innovation of teaching methods,creation of teaching environments,and reform of teaching evaluation.The framework adopts a four-education training model:strengthening “moral education” through ideological and political guidance,promoting “knowledge education” via dual-track collaboration,achieving breakthroughs in “capacity cultivation” through three-dimensional integration,and finally completing the systematic closedloop “talent nurturing”.The research aims to provide a systematic and operable theoretical reference for teaching innovation in New Agricultural Sciences education,and cultivate interdisciplinary talents in New Agricultural Sciences with theoretical literacy,practical ability,and innovative spirit for modern biological breeding.
