【摘要】 为调查兰州地区猫传染性腹膜炎（FIP）发病情况与猫的年龄、性别、品种、宠主护理、发病时间、临床表现、应激情况、诊疗方法等的相关性，通过对兰州地区鑫世纪元、兰州宇瑞、百慈等多家宠物医院2024年3月至2025年2月期间收治的91例FIP阳性病例的发病情况和诊疗过程进行调查、统计与分析，研究显示，FIP阳性病例在所有就诊病例中占5.80%，阳性检出率为56.17%;1周岁以内患猫发病率最高，占比41.76%；英国短毛猫、中华田园猫和布偶猫发病数量较多，分别占比32.97%、24.18%和12.09%。食欲差、体温升高、精神异常、体重下降、腹围增大为FIP最常见的临床症状。调查结果为兰州地区FIP的诊疗提供科学依据与参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the correlation between the incidence of feline infectious peritonitis(FIP)in Lanzhou area and the age,gender,breed,pet owner care,onset time,clinical manifestations,emergency situation,diagnosis and treatment methods of cats.Through investigation,statistics,and analysis of the incidence,diagnosis,and treatment process of 91 FIP positive cases admitted to multiple pet hospitals in Lanzhou,including Xin Century Yuan,Lanzhou Yurui,and Baici,from March 2024 to February 2025,the study showed that FIP positive cases accounted for 5.80% of all treated cases,with a positive detection rate of 56.17%;The incidence rate of cats within one year old was the highest,accounting for 41.76%;British Shorthair cats,Chinese Country cats,and Ragdoll cats have a higher incidence of the disease,accounting for 32.97%,24.18%,and 12.09% respectively.Poor appetite,elevated body temperature,mental disorders,weight loss,and increased abdominal circumference are the most common clinical symptoms of FIP.The survey results provide scientific basis and reference for the diagnosis and treatment of FIP in Lanzhou area.更多还原
