复方中草药对山羊血清生化指标及血清代谢组的影响

【摘要】 为探讨复方中草药(JYB)对山羊血清生化指标以及代谢组的影响,将30只健康的雌性山羊随机分为2组,CK组只饲喂日粮,JYB组饲喂日粮中添加了0.5%的JYB;试验期为42 d。试验结束后对山羊进行血清生化指标和代谢组检测。结果表明,与CK组比,JYB组的血清总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白均显著提高(P<0.05);尿素氮显著下降(P<0.05);通过血清代谢组分析共筛选出12个差异代谢物,主要富集在鸟氨酸、赖氨酸和烟酸生物碱生物合成、蛋白质消化和吸收等代谢相关通路上。JYB可显著促进山羊血清总蛋白的合成,这可能与其通过影响蛋白和脂肪代谢相关的代谢通路有关。

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the effects of the compound Chinese herbal medicine(JYB)on the serum biochemical indexes and metabolome of goats,30 healthy female goats were randomly divided into two groups,the CK group was fed diets only,and the JYB group was fed diets containing 0.5% JYB;the test period was 42 d.At the end of the test,the serum biochemical indexes and metabolome of the goats were examined.The results showed that compared with the CK group,the serum total protein,albumin and globulin in the JYB group were significantly increased(P <0.05),urea nitrogen decreased significantly(P<0.05);A total of 12 differential metabolites were screened by serum metabolome analysis,which were mainly enriched in metabolism-related pathways such as Biosynthesis of alkaloids derived from ornithine,Protein digestion and absorption.JYB significantly promoted the synthesis of total serum protein in goats,which may be related to its influence on the metabolic pathways related to protein and lipid metabolism.
