SPF鸭2种饲养方式环境指标的比较研究

【摘要】 该文比较SPF鸭2种饲养方式环境指标的差异,为SPF鸭的保种及生产工作提供科学依据。试验将120只成年SPF鸭分为隔离器组和屏障笼具组2组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只,分别放置在饲养隔离器和屏障设施内的普通笼具中饲养,采集2组饲养环境的温度、湿度、风速、尘埃粒子浓度、氨气浓度、硫化氢浓度指标。结果显示,隔离器组最大温差、风速平均值、PM0.5平均值、PM1.0平均值、PM5.0平均值、氨气浓度平均值显著高于屏障笼具组(P<0.05);2组的硫化氢检测值均为0。通过对最大温差、最大湿度差、风速、尘埃粒子浓度、有害气体浓度等指标的比较说明,屏障笼具组内环境质量更好,更适合SPF鸭生活。

【Abstract】 To compare the differences in environmental indicators between two feeding methods for SPF ducks and provide scientific basis for the conservation and production of SPF ducks.120 adult SPF ducks were divided into two groups for the experiment,namely the isolation group and the barrier cage group,with three replicates in each group and 20 ducks in each replicate.They were placed in ordinary cages in the isolation and barrier facilities for feeding,and temperature,humidity,wind speed,dust particle concentration,ammonia concentration,and hydrogen sulfide concentration indicators were collected for the two groups of feeding environments.The results showed that the maximum temperature difference,average wind speed,average PM0.5,PM1.0,PM5.0,and average ammonia concentration in the isolator group were significantly higher than those in the barrier cage group(P<0.05);The hydrogen sulfide detection values for both groups were 0.By comparing indicators such as maximum temperature difference,maximum humidity difference,wind speed,dust particle concentration,and harmful gas concentration,it is shown that the barrier cage group has better environmental quality and is more suitable for SPF ducks to live in.
