【摘要】 在战场态势实时感知等关键应用中,基于光学遥感影像的飞机目标检测发挥着重要作用,精细化识别飞机目标型号是获取高价值信息、支撑快速精准决策的关键要素。本文对基于光学遥感影像的飞机目标检测与型号识别方法进行了综述。首先,分析了飞机目标检测与型号识别任务面临的挑战,诸如小目标、复杂背景、飞机目标遮挡及型号间特征相似;其次,分析了近几年的飞机目标检测与型号识别方法,并按方法结构类型进行划分与梳理;接着,介绍了常用的公开数据集及评价指标;最后,展望了飞机目标检测与型号识别未来的研究方向与发展趋势。

【Abstract】 In critical applications such as real-time battlefield situational awareness, aircraft detection based on optical remote sensing imagery plays a vital role, where precise recognition of aircraft types serves as a key element for acquiring high-value intelligence and facilitating rapid and accurate decision-making. This paper presents a comprehensive review of aircraft detection and type recognition methods using optical remote sensing imagery. First, it analyzes the challenges inherent in aircraft detection and type recognition tasks, including small object, complex backgrounds, object occlusion, and high feature similarity across aircraft types. Second, it analyzes aircraft detection and type recognition methods in recent years, categorizing and systematizing them based on structural frameworks. Subsequently, it introduces widely used public datasets and evaluation metrics. Finally, it looks forward to future research directions and development trends in the field.
