牡蛎壳粉对市政污泥好氧发酵过程重金属钝化的影响

【摘要】 为增强市政污泥好氧发酵过程重金属的钝化效果,通过添加质量分数为10%、15%、20%的牡蛎壳粉(OS)(标记为OS10、OS15、OS20)与市政污泥进行好氧发酵,探究其对重金属钝化的影响及作用机制。结果表明:与对照(CK)相比,添加OS优化了堆体理化环境,显著促进了Zn、Cu和Cr向稳定态转化,其中OS15效果最优,钝化率分别为55.81%、59.58%和47.28%;傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)和X射线衍射(XRD)分析表明,OS15样品中存在较强的碳酸盐C—O振动峰,且在发酵后形成了新的重金属碳酸盐矿物;此外,添加OS显著增强了有机质降解相关菌群的丰度,冗余分析(RDA)表明,假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)和黄单胞菌属(Luteimonas)与重金属的钝化呈显著正相关关系。综上,在市政污泥好氧发酵中添加OS可以增强重金属的钝化效果,以15%添加比例效果最优。

【Abstract】 To enhance the passivation of heavy metals during aerobic fermentation of municipal sludge, this study was conducted to investigate the effect and mechanism of action on the passivation of heavy metals through the addition of oyster shell powder(OS) with mass fraction of 10%,15%,and 20%(labeled as OS10,OS15,and OS20) and municipal sludge in aerobic fermentation.The results showed that the addition of OS optimized the physicochemical environment of the heap and significantly promoted the transformation of Zn, Cu and Cr to the stable state compared with the control(CK),among which OS15 was the most effective, with passivation rates of 55.81%,59.58% and 47.28%,respectively.Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) analysis showed that the OS15 samples contained stronger carbonate(C-O) vibrational peaks, and new heavy metal carbonate mineral precipitates were formed after fermentation.In addition, the addition of OS significantly enhanced the abundance of organic matter degradation-related flora, and redundancy analysis(RDA) results indicated that Pseudomonas spp. and Luteimonas spp. were significantly and positively correlated with the passivation of heavy metals.In summary, the addition of OS to the aerobic fermentation of municipal sludge can enhance the passivation effect of heavy metals, and the best effect was achieved at 15% addition ratio under the conditions of this study.
