【摘要】 “绿水青山就是金山银山”(简称“两山”)转化实践是践行习近平生态文明思想，统筹推动经济社会高质量发展与生态环境高水平保护的有效路径。本研究通过案例剖析、对比分析等方法，系统梳理广东省“两山”转化经验与亮点，深入分析“两山”转化存在不足，并结合省内外“两山”转化经验做法，从体制机制、发展模式、转化路径3方面提出符合广东省实际的“两山”转化推进建议。研究表明，当前广东省“两山”转化模式主要以生态农业、生态旅游、“生态+”复合产业为主，存在生态金融和生态市场建设有待完善、生态产业链发展水平有待提升、多元化生态补偿和损害赔偿机制有待健全的问题。研究提出以下“两山”转化推进建议：加强统筹协调，多方参与形成工作合力；立足资源禀赋，因地制宜探索转化模式；优化转化路径，久久为功做强金山银山。更多还原

【Abstract】 The practice of “Two Mountains” theory is an effective path to implement Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization and promote the high-quality economic and social development with high-level ecological and environmental protection.This study systematically reviews the experiences and existing shortcomings of the “Two Mountains” transformation in Guangdong Province through case studies and comparative analysis.Drawing upon relevant practices and experiences in China, the research proposes tailored recommendations for advancing Guangdong’s “Two Mountains” transformation, focusing on institutional mechanisms, development models, and transformation pathways.The study shows that the current “Two Mountains” transformation model in Guangdong Province mainly focuses on ecological agriculture, eco-tourism, and “ecological+” composite industries.There are problems such as the need to improve the construction of ecological finance and ecological markets, the need to enhance the development level of the ecological industrial chain, and the need to refine diversified ecological compensation and damage compensation mechanisms.The following suggestions for promoting the transformation of the “Two Mountains” are put forward: Strengthen overall planning and coordination, and encourage the participation of multiple parties to form a joint working force; Base on the resource endowment, and explore transformation models according to local conditions; Optimize the transformation paths, and work persistently to strengthen the “Invaluable assets”.更多还原
