【摘要】 社区生活圈绿色空间是提升城市宜居性与公共服务均衡化的重要基础设施。为揭示城市新区绿色空间的配置特征与优化路径,本研究以温州市灵昆岛这一正在开发建设的海岛型片区为研究区域,构建包含游憩功能、可达性与可选择性3个维度的综合评价框架,系统评估社区生活圈绿色空间的服务水平与空间格局特征。研究结果表明,灵昆岛绿色空间整体覆盖率较高,但服务能力存在明显空间差异,表现为新建社区与传统村落在设施完善度、可达性及选择机会方面的显著差距。研究强调,多维度评价比传统单一指标评价更能揭示绿色空间的服务公平性与适配性。结论指出,应在海岛新区的空间治理与社区建设中统筹推进绿色空间优化配置,构建覆盖均衡、功能多样、选择充分的绿色空间体系。本研究提出的评价方法与分析路径,可为类似新兴开发地区的绿色空间规划提供理论支撑与实践参考。

【Abstract】 Green spaces within community life circles are essential infrastructure for enhancing urban livability and promoting the equitable distribution of public services.To explore the spatial characteristics and optimization strategies of green space allocation in newly developing urban areas, this study selects Lingkun Island in Wenzhou, a coastal urban area currently undergoing rapid development, as the research site.A comprehensive evaluation framework is constructed based on three dimensions: Recreational function, accessibility, and selectivity, aiming to systematically assess the service levels and spatial patterns of green spaces within community life circles.The results indicate that while green space coverage in Lingkun Island is generally high, significant spatial disparities remain in service capacity.Notable differences are observed between newly developed communities and traditional settlements in terms of facility completeness, accessibility, and the variety of available green spaces.The study demonstrates that a multidimensional evaluation approach provides a more accurate reflection of service equity and spatial adaptability than traditional single-indicator methods.It concludes that the optimization of green space in newly developed coastal urban areas should be integrated into broader spatial governance and community planning efforts to build a system that is spatially balanced, functionally diverse, and rich in user choice.The evaluation framework and analytical approach presented in this research offer valuable reference for green space planning in similar urbanizing contexts.
