热带海洋环境下配电设备失效机理研究

【摘要】 热带海洋的高温、高湿、高盐雾以及动态风载等恶劣环境,对配电设施的稳定运行构成严重威胁。为避免上述恶劣环境引起的设备故障,有必要分析热带海洋环境下配电设备发生故障的机理,研究其失效机理建模方案。本文剖析了热带海洋环境下配电设备失效机理的研究现状与关键技术进展。深入分析了高盐雾腐蚀对金属部件和绝缘材料的劣化作用、湿热交变引发的机械形变与涂层失效,以及动态风载造成的结构疲劳等问题的影响机制。梳理了基于神经网络及多物理场耦合仿真的失效机理建模方式,及其在配电设备故障诊断、状态评估以及寿命预测等环节的应用成效,为实现热带海洋环境下配电设备的智能运维提供参考。

【Abstract】 The harsh environment of tropical oceans, such as high temperature, high humidity, high salt fog and dynamic wind load, poses a serious threat to the stable operation of distribution facilities.To avoid equipment failures caused by the harsh environment described above, it is necessary to analyze the mechanisms of distribution equipment failures in tropical marine environments and study modeling schemes for their failure mechanisms. This paper analyzes the research status and key technology progress of the failure mechanism of distribution equipment in the tropical marine environment. Indepth analysis of the influencing mechanism of high salt fog corrosion on the deterioration of metal parts and insulating materials, mechanical deformation and coating failure caused by alternating humidity and heat, and structural fatigue caused by dynamic wind load is conducted. The failure mechanism modeling method based on neural network and multi-physics field coupling simulation, as well as its application results in fault diagnosis, state assessment and life prediction of distribution equipment are sorted out.To provide a reference for the intelligent operation and maintenance of distribution equipment in the tropical marine environment.
