【摘要】 乡村人居环境治理是推进新型城镇化和乡村振兴战略的重要组成部分。良好的乡村人居环境不仅关乎农民的生活质量，也是实现社会可持续发展的关键治理点。在我国乡村人居环境治理的现状、影响因素、潜在问题及应对方面构建系统的治理策略，政府应增加对乡村人居环境改善的财政支持，特别是对经济落后地区给予更多的支持，提升乡村人居环境治理的资金保障；制定科学合理的政策，加强政策的宣传和培训，确保政策得到有效实施；结合地域特征，制定差异化的环境治理方案，充分利用当地资源，实现可持续发展；尊重并传承有利于环境保护的乡土文化，改善不利于环境治理的传统习惯；提高农民的环境保护意识，通过教育培训、媒体宣传等多种途径，激发农民参与环境治理的积极性，进而实现乡村全面振兴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rural living environment governance is an important component of promoting new urbanization and rural revitalization strategies,because good rural living environment is not only related to the quality of life of farmers,but also a key governance point for achieving sustainable social development.To this end,this article conducts an in-depth analysis of the current situation,influencing factors,potential problems,and response strategies of rural living environment governance in China.The specific strategies for achieving comprehensive rural revitalization are proposed as the following:the government’s increasing financial support for improving rural living environment,especially for economically underdeveloped areas;enhancing the financial security of rural living environment governance;developing scientifically reasonable policies,strengthen policy promotion and training,and ensuring effective implementation of policies;developing differentiated environmental governance plans based on regional characteristics,fully utilizing local resources,and achieving sustainable development;respecting and inherit local culture that is conducive to environmental protection,and improving traditional habits that are not conducive to environmental governance;enhancing the environmental protection awareness of farmers,and stimulating their enthusiasm to participate in environmental governance through various means such as education and training,media promotion.更多还原
