适用于辐射广谱测温的快速标定系统设计
Design of Fast Calibration System Suitable for Radiometric Broad-spectrum Temperature Measurement
【摘要】 为满足高量程辐射测温装置的快速和低成本标定,构建了一种以钨丝灯灯丝为辐射光源的宽谱辐射系统。系统基于对钨丝灯灯丝电阻值的在线测量以及灯丝电阻值和温度之间的关系实现辐射源温度的实时监测,并通过PID补偿电路控制直流稳压电源实现辐射源温度的调节与控制;采用双凸透镜变束原理的光学设计实现了系统输出光束的光增强和匀化设计,使得系统的光辐射度可达到黑体炉同温度的2/3,可满足高温区间的标定要求。经过高温黑体炉的校准,系统可实现1 000~3 200 K温度区间的标定,实验验证标定精度在5%以内。
【Abstract】 With the view to meeting rapid and low-cost calibration of high-range radiation temperature measuring devices, a broad-spectrum radiation system which taking the tungsten filaments as radiation source was developed. In which, though on-line measuring the resistance value of tungsten filaments and the relationship between filaments’ resistance value and temperature, the system can realize real-time monitoring of the temperature of the radiation source and control DC regulated power supply through the PID compensation circuit so as to realize both adjustment and control of the radiation source temperature. In addition, the optical design based on the double-convex lens beam changing principle can realize light-enhanced and uniformity design of the system output beam so that the optical radiance of the system can reach2/3 of the same temperature of the blackbody furnace and meet calibration requirements of the high temperature range. After calibrating high-temperature blackbody furnace, the system can calibrate the temperature from 1 000 K to 3 200 K and the calibration accuracy verified by experiments stays within 5%.
