【摘要】 面向流程工业产品制造过程全流程优化运行需求，提出一种区域优化方法，能够打通生产调度和多单元先进控制系统的有机联系，建立目标产品区域优化控制系统，协同区域内各单元先进控制系统的运行，实现调度指令与先进控制系统关键设定值的动态协调优化，提升全厂经济效益。案例仿真结果表明：所提区域优化方法能够一定程度地降低能耗物耗，提升经济效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 A regional optimization method for fully optimizing the production process in process industries was proposed. The method establishes a target product regional optimization control system that has production scheduling and multi-unit advanced process control(APC)systems integrated to enable coordinated operation of APC systems within the region and dynamically coordinate and optimize the scheduling instructions with key set-points of each APC system so as to improve the overall plant’s economic effectiveness.Simulation cases demonstrates that, the regional dynamic optimization method proposed can effectively reduce energy and material consumption while enhancing economic benefits.更多还原
