多层包扎容器端部应力分析及结构改进
Stress Analysis and Structural Improvement of End of Multilayer Clamping High Pressure Vessel
【摘要】 多层包扎式高压容器,由球形封头和多层包扎筒体焊接组合而成,由于其端部结构复杂,层板间存在摩擦等因素,导致了筒体与封头焊接区域的应力难以通过理论分析确定。基于此,采用有限元分析方法对容器端部应力状态进行研究,考虑了层板间非焊接区域的摩擦接触,得出了50MPa级多层包扎式高压容器端部的应力状态。结果显示,常规多层包扎容器端部结构的强度可以满足要求,但存在封头强度过高和材料浪费严重的问题。继而,研究对端部锻件加强结构进行了有限元分析,结果表明该结构能够有效降低封头厚度,并减少端部焊接密集区在内压作用下的应力水平。基于等强度设计理念,通过对结构在极限载荷下应力水平的探究,得出了该类结构等强度封头厚度与多层筒体厚度比大于0.65的结论,且等强度厚度比随着封头厚度增加屈服强度下降而上升。
【Abstract】 The multilayer clamping high pressure vessel, composed of spherical heads and multilayer cylinders welded together,presents challenges in determining stress distribution at the weld joint due to the complexity of its end structure and factors like friction between layers. To address this, finite element analysis was employed in this study to investigate the stress distribution at the end section of a 50 MPa-grade multilayer clamping high pressure vessel, considering frictional contact between non-welded areas of layers. The results indicate that the conventional end structure of multilayer clamping vessels meets strength requirements but suffers from excessive head strength and significant material wastage. Subsequently, this study conducted finite element analysis on a reinforced structure for the end forging. The results indicate that this structure can effectively reduce the head thickness and lower the stress level in the dense welding area at the end under internal pressure. Based on the concept of equal strength design, the study explored the stress levels of the structure under ultimate load conditions and concluded that the thickness ratio of the equal strength head to the multilayer cylinder body should be greater than 0.65. Additionally, the thickness ratio for equal strength increases as the head thickness increases and the yield strength decreases.
