中国滇西地区金银铜多金属硫化矿工艺矿物学研究
Study on process mineralogy of gold-silver-copper polymetallic sulfide ore in western Yunnan, China
【摘要】 中国滇西地区有大量金银铜多金属硫化矿资源,该矿伴生金属种类多,有价矿物嵌布粒度细,分离难度较大,工艺矿物学研究可为选矿工艺流程的确定提供科学依据。本文采用化学分析、X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和矿物自动分析仪等手段,对该多金属硫化矿的元素组成、矿物组成、物相组成、嵌布特性和单体解离度等进行了系统分析。结果表明:该矿石中主要有价元素为Au、Ag、Cu、Pb、Zn、S和Fe,品位分别为1.92 g/t、41.34 g/t、0.40%、1.19%、0.42%、9.54%和35.51%;目的矿物主要为自然金、辉银矿、黄铜矿、方铅矿、闪锌矿、磁铁矿和黄铁矿;矿物组成较为复杂,各矿物之间存在一定的相互连生或包裹现象;金矿物易解离且表面暴露程度高,易于回收;银矿物种类多样,且与铜、铅矿物共生关系密切,难以实现高效富集;黄铜矿和磁铁矿的单体解离度中等偏低,分别为70.96%和66.17%,富连生体占比较高,需要细磨后再富集。根据工艺矿物学研究成果,应紧密围绕贵金属金银的高值利用制定系统的选冶工艺流程,产出综合指标较优的铜、铅、锌、铁和硫等精矿产品,以实现该地区金银铜多金属硫化矿资源的高效利用。
【Abstract】 There are a large number of gold-silver-copper polymetallic sulfide ore resources in western Yunnan, China. There are many kinds of associated metals in the ore. The valuable minerals are finely disseminated and the separation is difficult. The study of process mineralogy can provide scientific basis for the determination of beneficiation process flow. In this paper, the elemental composition, mineral composition, phase composition, dissemination characteristics and monomer dissociation degree of the polymetallic sulfide ore were systematically analyzed by means of chemical analysis, X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope and mineral automatic analyzer. The results show that the main valuable elements in the ore are Au, Ag, Cu, Pb, Zn, S and Fe, and the grades are 1.92 g/t, 41.34 g/t, 0.40%, 1.19%, 0.42%, 9.54% and 35.51%, respectively. The target minerals are mainly native gold, argentite, chalcopyrite, galenite, sphalerite, magnetite and pyrite. The mineral composition is more complex, and there is a certain degree of interconnection or encapsulation between the minerals. Gold minerals are easy to dissociate and have a high degree of surface exposure, which is easy to recycle. Silver minerals are diverse and closely associated with copper and lead minerals, making it difficult to achieve efficient enrichment. The monomer dissociation degree of chalcopyrite and magnetite is medium to low, which is 70.96% and 66.17% respectively. The proportion of fusulinite is relatively high, which needs to be re-enriched after fine grinding. According to the research results of process mine-ralogy, a systematic metallurgical process should be developed closely around the high-value utilization of precious metals such as gold and silver, to produce concentrate products with superior comprehensive indicators such as copper, lead, zinc, iron, and sulfur, in order to achieve efficient utilization of gold, silver, copper polymetallic sulfide resources in the region.
