【Abstract】 With the advancement of the "Belt and Road Initiative", the demand for high-quality talent in ecological and environmental protection is increasing in the western region. Taking the environmental engineering specialty at Shihezi University as an example, integrating the requirements for ecological civilization construction, the requirements for cultivating talent in first-class specialties, and engineering education certification standards, this article elaborates the educational concept and construction of a three-dimensional talent training system for environmental engineering specialty in Xinjiang, and introduced the implementation process of the talent training program for environmental engineering. The Environmental Engineering program aims to cultivate environmental professionals rooted in the western region, and its practice can provide a reference for the talent cultivation of other first-class majors in the western region.更多还原
