能源化工领域科研院所青年科技人才培养机制的创新研究
Innovative Research on the Cultivation Mechanism of Young Scientific and Technological Talents in Research Institutes of Energy and Chemical Engineering
【摘要】 青年科技人才处于创新创造力的高峰期,是国家战略人才力量的重要组成部分。基于青年科技人才培养的政策导向,结合某国有科研企业青年科技人才培养实践,深入剖析当前存在的主要问题,开展人才成长规律分析和人才盘点实践,绘制人才成长规律曲线,划分人才成长阶段,明确青年人才培养要素,并分阶段提出有针对性的培养策略,为培养具有国际竞争力的青年科技人才提供系统支撑。
【Abstract】 Young scientific and technological talents are at the peak of their innovative creativity and are an important part of the country’s strategic talent force. Based on the policy orientation for cultivating young scientific and technological talents and in combination with the practice of cultivating young scientific and technological talents in a certain state-owned research enterprise, this paper deeply analyzes the main existing problems, conducts the analysis of talent growth laws and the practice of talent inventory, draws the curve of talent growth laws, divides the stages of talent growth, clarifies the elements of young talent cultivation, and proposes targeted cultivation strategies in stages. It also provides systematic support for cultivating young scientific and technological talents with international competitiveness.
