【摘要】 在探究高等教育发展对城市经济韧性影响机理的基础上，基于我国1993-2022年256个城市的面板数据，运用双重差分模型研究高等教育发展对城市经济韧性的影响及作用机制，并进行异质性分析。研究表明：高等教育发展在需求端通过促进城市消费需求与投资需求的稳步扩张增强城市经济韧性；在供给侧通过促进人力资本增量提质、赋能科技创新能力提升、推动产业结构转型升级增强城市经济韧性；高等教育发展对城市经济韧性的提升作用在高等院校集聚程度高与高等教育资源丰富的城市更显著。文章提出应均衡高等教育资源配置、充分挖掘高等教育促进城市经济发展的潜能、提前应对人口下降对高等教育发展的冲击。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on an investigation into the mechanism through which higher education development influences urban economic resilience,this paper employs the difference-in-differences model to analyze the impact and mechanism of higher education development on urban economic resilience using panel data from 256 cities in China spanning from 1993 to 2022.Additionally,a heterogeneity analysis is conducted.The research reveals that on the demand side,higher education development boosts urban economic resilience by fostering steady expansion in consumer and investment demand.On the supply side,higher education development strengthens urban economic resilience by promoting an increase in the quantity and quality of human capital,empowering technological innovation capability,and facilitating the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.The effect of higher education development on enhancing urban economic resilience is more pronounced in cities with high concentrations of higher education institutions and abundant higher education resources.Based on the research findings,three implications are derived:balancing the allocation of higher education resources,fully tapping the potential of higher education to promote urban economic development,and anticipating the impact of population decline on higher education development.更多还原
