HPAMAM@PLA复合纤维膜对水溶液中Cu2+的吸附
Adsorption of Cu2+ in aqueous solution by HPAMAM@PLA composite fiber membrane
【摘要】 文章通过静电纺丝技术制备聚乳酸(PLA)电纺纤维膜,再利用浸泡-交联方法将合成的超支化聚酰胺-胺(HPAMAM)与PLA电纺纤维膜结合制备HPAMAM@PLA复合纤维膜,并对HPAMAM@PLA复合纤维膜的结构和对水溶液中Cu2+的吸附过程进行研究。吸附结果表明:复合纤维膜可有效去除水溶液中的Cu2+;复合纤维膜的最佳吸附pH值为6;其吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型,等温吸附模型符合Langmuir等温吸附模型,随着温度和水溶液中初始Cu2+质量浓度增加膜的吸附量也随之增加,理论最大饱和吸附量可达到70.57mg/g。
【Abstract】 Polylactic acid(PLA)electrospinning fiber membrane was prepared via electrospinning,and then the hyperbranched poly(amido-amine)(HPAMAM)was used to modify PLA electrospinning fiber membrane by soaking and cross-linking to prepare HPAMAM@PLA composite fiber membrane.The structure of HPAMAM@PLA composite fiber membrane and the adsorption process of Cu2+ in aqueous solution were studied.The results show that the composite fiber membrane can effectively remove Cu2+ in aqueous solution.The suitable pH value for Cu2+ adsorption is 6.The adsorption process is in accordance with the pseudo-secondorder kinetic model.The isothermal adsorption experiments indicate that Langmuir isothermal adsorption model is more suitable in describing the adsorption behavior.With the increase of temperature and initial Cu2+ concentration in aqueous solution,the adsorption capacity of the composite fiber membrane also increases.The theoretical maximum saturated adsorption capacity can reach 70.57mg/g.
