【摘要】 探讨了农村冷链物流体系在提升农产品质量和时效、促进农民增收和农业可持续发展方面的重要性.构建了农村冷链物流体系的核心框架.通过构建包含上述要素的评价体系，并采用熵值法确定各指标的权重.研究结果显示，冷链物流效率指标和农产品质量与安全指标在评价体系中占有较高权重，信息化与智能化水平指标的权重也相对较高.基于此，提出了加强冷链物流基础设施建设与资源整合、提升标准化与信息化水平、强化政策扶持与监管力度以及注重人才培养与技术创新的建议，以期推动农村冷链物流体系的健康有序发展.更多还原

【Abstract】 The importance of rural cold chain logistics system in improving the quality and timeliness of agricultural products, increasing farmers’ income and promoting sustainable agricultural development is studied. The core framework of rural cold chain logistics system is constructed. By constructing an evaluation system containing the above factors, and using the entropy method, the weight of each index is determined. The results show that cold chain logistics efficiency index and agricultural product quality and safety index occupy a high weight in the evaluation system, and the weight of information and intelligent level index is also relatively high. Based on this, suggestions are put forward to strengthen the construction of cold chain logistics infrastructure and resource integration, the level of standardization and informatization is improved, policy support and supervision, and pay attention to personnel training and technological innovation are strengthened, in order to promote the healthy and orderly development of rural cold chain logistics system.更多还原
