钢梁-混凝土楼板连接节点抗剪性能研究

【摘要】 为了解决装配式建筑实际工程中遇到的操作空间狭小.不方便施工等棘手问题.提出了一种新型的采用焊接螺母螺栓钉连接节点,并对其进行了构造设计及试验研究.分别设计了3个螺栓钉试件和3个剪力钉对比试件.通过开展试验研究了2类试件的破坏模式、荷载-滑移曲线、应变分析、刚度变化规律等;另外,还与普通螺栓钉连接方式进行了对比分析.结果表明:螺栓钉连接节点与普通连接件受力规律相似,抗剪性能良好.试件最终破坏的根本原因是在螺栓钉或剪力钉根部被剪断.螺栓钉连接节点承载力及延性略有折减,但刚度等其他指标具有一定优势.建议在螺栓杆直径、螺母直径及厚度、混凝土标号等方面进行优化,可有效提高其整体指标.

【Abstract】 In order to solve the thorny ptoblems such as narrow operating space and inconvenient construction encountered in the actual engineering of prefabricated buildings, in this paper, a new type of joint with welded nuts and bolts is proposed, and its structural design and experimental research are carried out. Three bolt nail specimens and three shear nail comparison specimens are designed. The failure mode, load-slip curve, strain analysis and stiffness variation law of the two types of specimens are studied. In addition, it is also compared with the ordinary bolt connection. The results show that the mechanical performance of bolted joints is similar to that of ordinary joints, and the shear resistance is good. The main reason for the failure of the specimen is that the root of the bolt or shear stud is cut off. The bearing capacity and ductility of bolted joints are slightly reduced, but other indicators such as stiffness have certain advantages. It is suggested to optimize the bolt rod diameter, nut diameter and thickness, and concrete strength to effectively improve its overall index.
