滚刀结构对微波辅助破岩效率的影响研究
Study on the Effect of Disc Cutter Structure on the Efficiency of Microwave-Assisted Rock Breaking
【摘要】 为探究滚刀结构对微波辅助破岩效率的影响,以花岗岩在微波前后的温度变化、强度损伤和裂纹特征为依据,采用离散元程序(PFC2D)建立微波辅助TBM双刃滚刀破岩模型,从滚刀法向力、裂纹扩展和破岩效率对不同刃形和刃宽的滚刀进行破岩效果分析.结果表明:在贯入度16 mm和刀间距180 mm范围内,滚刀平均法向力和平均破岩比能随着滚刀刃宽的增加而增加,且相同刃宽时,弧形滚刀的平均法向力、岩体破碎面积和破岩比能均小于锥形滚刀;弧形滚刀和锥形滚刀在微波辅助破岩时产生的损伤裂纹均以垂直于滚刀贯入方向的侧向裂纹为主,随着刃宽的增加,岩体底部在滚刀挤压作用下产生沿滚刀贯入方向的纵向裂纹,其中,锥形滚刀产生的裂纹效果更为显著;综合破岩效率和耐磨性能的考虑,选用弧形截面、刃宽18 mm、刀间距90 mm的双刃滚刀与微波进行联合破碎此类硬岩较为合理.
【Abstract】 To investigate the effect of disc cutter structure on the efficiency of microwave-assisted rock breaking, based on the temperature change, strength damage, and cracking characteristics of granite before and after microwave, a microwave-assisted double-edged cutter rock breaking model was established by using the discrete element program(PFC2D), and the rock breaking effects of different blade shapes and widths were analyzed in terms of the disc cutter’s normal force, cracking extension, and rock-breaking efficiency. The results indicate that: within the range of penetration of 16 mm and cutter spacing of 180 mm, the average normal force and average rock-breaking specific energy of the disc cutter increase with the increase of the cutter blade width, and when the same blade width, the average normal force of the curved disc cutter, the area of the rock body broken and the rock-breaking specific energy are all smaller than that of the taper disc cutter; curved disc cutter and taper cutter in the microwave-assisted rock breaking damage cracks produced by the disc cutter perpendicular to the direction of the disc cutter penetration of the lateral cracks are dominant, with the increase in the width of the edge, the bottom of the rock body in the disc cutter extrusion produced longitudinal cracks along the direction of the disc cutter penetration of the disc cutter, in which taper disc cutter to produce cracks is more effective; considering the comprehensive breaking efficiency and wear-resistant performance, it was more reasonable to choose the double-edged cutter with curved section, blade width of 18 mm and cutter spacing of 90 mm to combine with the microwave to break this kind of hard rock.
