【摘要】 针对我国当前机构养老服务质量提升问题，提出了一个基于DEMATEL-AISM方法的机构养老服务质量影响因素分析框架．首先，根据机构管理、照护水平和社会环境3个层面构建了机构养老服务质量多层次评价指标体系．其次，提出了一种基于DEMATEL-AISM与Choquet积分相结合的影响因素分析方法，对影响机构养老服务质量提升的主要因素及其作用途径进行了可视化分析，研究了影响机构养老服务质量提升的系统因素之间的相互影响和逻辑关系．最后，针对机构养老服务质量因素间的影响与逻辑关系，提出了一系列提升机构养老服务质量的对策建议，为推动我国机构养老事业的发展提供参考依据．更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the current problem of improving the quality of institutional pension services in China, an analytical framework of influencing factors of institutional pension service quality based on DEMATEL-AISM method was proposed. Firstly, a multi-level evaluation index system for the quality of institutional pension services was constructed according to the three levels of institutional management, nursing level and social environment. Secondly, an influencing factor analysis method based on the combination of DEMATEL-AISM and Choquet integral was proposed, which visually analyzed the main factors affecting the improvement of the quality of institutional pension services and their acting pathways, and studied the interaction and logical relationship between the systemic factors affecting the improvement of the quality of institutional pension services. Finally, in view of the influence and logical relationship between the factors of institutional pension service quality, a series of countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of institutional pension service were proposed, which provides a reference for promoting the development of institutional pension in China.更多还原
