聚酰胺22改性的聚氨酯弹性体的耐热性能
Heat resistance of polyurethane elastomer modified by polyamide 22
【摘要】 以聚四亚甲基醚二醇、对苯二异氰酸酯及1,4-丁二醇为原料合成了聚氨酯弹性体,向聚氨酯弹性体中加入不同含量的聚酰胺22对其改性,并进行测试与表征。结果表明:当添加2%,5%(w)的聚酰胺22时,聚酰胺22与聚氨酯弹性体基体间具有较好的相容性及较强的界面结合力,有助于促进应力分散从而使高温力学性能显著提升。当添加5%(w)的聚酰胺22时,聚氨酯弹性体120 ℃时的撕裂强度保持率提高了14%。此外,添加聚酰胺22后,聚氨酯弹性体的热稳定性提高。
【Abstract】 Polytetramethylene ether glycol,p-phenylene diisocyanate and 1,4-butanediol were used as raw materials to synthesize polyurethane elastomer.Different contents of polyamide 22 were introduced to modify polyurethane elastomers,and the modified elastomers were characterized.The results indicate that when the mass fraction of polyamide 22 are 2% and 5%,there exist excellent compatibility and strong interfacial bonding between polyamide 22 and polyurethane,which contributes to stress dispersion and improved mechanical properties at high temperature.The tear strength retention rate at 120 ℃ of polyurethane elastomers increases by 14% when the mass fraction of polyamide 22 is 5%.In addition,the incorporation of polyamide 22 improves the thermal stability of polyurethane elastomers.
