具有动态亚胺键的生物基环氧树脂固化剂的制备及应用
Preparation and properties of bio-based epoxy curing agent containing dynamic imine bonds
【摘要】 以香草醛为原料,合成了含动态亚胺键的生物基环氧树脂固化剂(记作DV),与厚朴酚基环氧树脂(OMEP)反应后,得到了具有动态共价网络结构的生物基环氧树脂固化物(记作OMEP/DV),并研究了其性能。结果表明:OMEP/DV的玻璃化转变温度与弯曲模量分别为223 ℃,5 362 MPa;利用亚胺键的动态可逆特性,OMEP/DV表现出良好的降解性和可回收性;在80 ℃的盐酸浓度为0.1 mol/L的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺水溶液中,OMEP/DV能够完全降解,且经过多次物理回收后,其初始分解温度与800 ℃时的残炭率均有所提高。
【Abstract】 A bio-based epoxy curing agent(DV) containing dynamic imine bonds was synthesized with vanillin,which reacted with magnolol-based epoxy resin(OMEP) to obtain the bio-based OMEP/DV with dynamic covalent network structure whose properties were observed.The results show that the glass transition temperature and flexural modulus of OMEP/DV are 223 ℃ and 5 362 MPa,respectively.The cured resin performs excellently in degradability and recyclability through the dynamic reversible reaction of imine bonds.OMEP/DV can be fully degraded in 0.1 mol/L aqueous solution of HCl and N,N-dimethylformamide at 80 ℃,and its initial decomposition temperature and carbon residue rate at 800 ℃ are increased after physical recycling multiple times.
