高黏度PAO的组成结构与润滑性能关联研究
Study on the Relationship Between Composition Structure and Lubrication Performance of High-viscosity PAO
【摘要】 对不同厂家三种典型高黏度PAO(100℃运动黏度分别为40、100、150 mm~2/s)的组成结构与润滑性能关系展开研究。结果表明:分子规整度较低的高黏度PAO及其调合油品表现出更优的抗磨性能;基础油中多烯烃含量与氧化安定性呈负相关;调合油品黏温性能随PAO分子规整度提升而降低。值得注意的是,不同PAO基础油在橡胶相容性及所调润滑油抗氧化性能方面差异较小,这与其高分子量结构特征和配方体系中多因素协同作用密切相关。研究揭示了PAO分子结构与性能的相关性,为工业应用中的基础油选型提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 A study was conducted on the correlation between the molecular composition and lubrication performance of three representative high-viscosity PAOs(with kinematic viscosities at 100 ℃ of 40,100,and 150 mm~2/s)from different manufacturers. The results indicate that high-viscosity PAOs and their formulated oils with lower molecular regularity exhibit superior anti-wear performance. A negative correlation was observed between the content of polyolefins in the base oils and their oxidation stability. Additionally,the viscositytemperature behavior of the formulated oils deteriorates as the molecular regularity of PAO increases. Notably,different PAO base oils showed minimal differences in rubber compatibility and antioxidant performance of the blends,which is attributed to the high molecular weight characteristics of PAOs and the synergistic effects of multiple components in the formulation system. The structure-property relationships of PAO molecules are revealed,providing a theoretical basis for base oil selection in industrial applications.
