【摘要】 目的 分析护理随访对甲状腺癌术后患者生活质量的影响。方法 选取2022年2至9月河北医科大学第二医院腺体外科收治的120例患者为研究对象。以随机数字法分为对照组和试验组，每组60例。对照组给予常规护理措施，试验组在此基础上给予规范的护理随访，根据随访结果，制定个性化症状管理及干预措施，比较2组患者干预效果。结果 术后1个月试验组患者疲倦、吞咽障碍、肩颈活动障碍、噪音障碍改善效果明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组各项睡眠成分及PSQI总分低于对照组，2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组焦虑发生情况明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组正确服用药物的依从性明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者满意度比较，试验组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 护理随访应用于甲状腺癌术后患者，可以明显改善患者术后生活质量，提高患者正确服药的依从性和护理满意度，值得在临床工作中进一步推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of standardized nursing follow-up on the postoperative quality of life of patients with thyroid cancer after surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients admitted to the Department of Glandular Surgery in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from February 2022 to September 2022 were enrolled. They were assigned into the control group(routine nursing measures, n=60) and the experimental group(standardized nursing follow-up + routine nursing measures, n=60) by a random number. According to the follow-up results, personalized symptom management and intervention measures were performed to compare the intervention effects of the two groups.Results One month after the operation, the improvement effects of fatigue, dysphagia, shoulder and neck movement disorder, and voice disorder in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The domain scores and total scores of PSQI in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The anxiety in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01). The drug compliance of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing follow-up in patients with thyroid cancer can significantly improve the postoperative quality of life, improve the drug compliance and nursing satisfaction, and it is worthy of further promotion in clinical work.更多还原
