【摘要】 目的 探究聚醚醚酮（PEEK）材料制作可摘局部义齿（RPD）在口腔修复患者中的应用效果。方法 采用随机数字表法将88例行口腔修复的患者分为两组，各44例。对照组患者采用钴铬合金制作RPD，研究组采用PEEK制作RPD。对比两组牙周指标[菌斑指数（PLI）、松动度（TM）、牙周探诊深度（PD）、龈沟出血指数（BI）]、满意度评分、义齿强度及支架重量。结果 修复前，两组PLI、TM、PD、BI水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；相比于对照组，研究组修复6个月后PLI水平较低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），两组TM、PD及BI水平对比，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。相比于对照组，研究组义齿固位及稳定、咀嚼功能、语言、美观、义齿舒适性、总分等修复满意度评分均较高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。相比于对照组，研究组义齿强度评分较低，支架重量较轻，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 PEEK材料在RPD患者治疗中获得良好的修复效果，牙周各指标均得到有效改善，患者修复满意度较高，且修复的义齿强度较强，支架重量较轻，在临床应用中具有较好的前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of polyetheretherketone(PEEK)material for removable partial denture(RPD)in patients with oral restoration.Methods 88 patients with oral cavity repair were randomly divided into two groups,44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cobalt chromium alloy to make RPD,and the study group was treated with peek to make RPD.Periodontal indexes [plaque index(PLI),mobility(TM),periodontal probing depth(PD),sulcus bleeding index(BI)],satisfaction score,denture strength and bracket weight were compared between the two groups.Results Before repair,there was no significant difference in PLI,TM,PD,Bi levels between the two groups(P>0.05);Compared with the control group,the PLI level in the study group was lower after 6 months of repair,with statistical difference(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference in the levels of TM,PD and Bi between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the denture retention and stability,masticatory function,language,aesthetics,denture comfort,total score and other satisfaction scores of the study group were higher,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the denture strength score of the study group was lower,and the weight of the bracket was lighter,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion PEEK material in the treatment of RPD patients has achieved good repair effect,periodontal indicators have been effectively improved,patients’ satisfaction with repair is high,and the strength of the repaired denture is strong,the weight of the bracket is light,which has a good prospect in clinical application.更多还原
