【摘要】 本文旨在探究河北省海洋类专业人才培养现状、不足及制约因素，进而提出优化建议以促进海洋人才培养高质量发展。通过分析省内院校专业设置、培养规模及师资科研条件，发现存在专业覆盖面窄、层次偏低、师资薄弱、科研平台滞后等问题，根源在于海洋经济滞后与高教基础薄弱，提出构建“需求导向—动态优化—质量保障”体系，通过多维协同规划、产教融合及内涵质量提升策略，推动专业结构优化与人才培养质量升级，助力河北海洋经济转型升级。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper aims to explore the current situation, deficiencies, and constraints of talent cultivation in marine-related majors in Hebei Province, and further propose optimization suggestions to promote the high-quality development of the cultivation of ocean talents. Through analyzing the major settings, cultivation scales, and faculty-research conditions of provincial institutions, it is found that issues exist such as narrow coverage of majors, low cultivation levels, weak faculty, and lagging research platforms. The root causes lie in the lagging marine economy and the weak foundation of higher education. Thus proposes establishing a system of promoting the optimization of major structures and the upgrading of talent cultivation quality through multi-dimensional collaborative planning, industry-education integration, and connotative quality improvement strategies, so as to assist in the transformation and upgrading of Hebei’s marine economy.更多还原
