【摘要】 冶金流程学是现代钢铁企业规划设计的基本指导思想，铁钢界面作为钢铁生产流程中的关键一环，不仅关系到铁水温度的精确控制和能效提升，还涉及生产流程的整体优化和智能化转型。详细阐述了邯钢新区铁钢界面技术创新与高效应用实践。对火车、过跨车和汽车3种铁水运输方式及“一罐到底”技术进行了详细介绍。通过比对优选，邯钢新区创新性地采用了汽运方式，与其他两种铁水运输方式相比，汽运具有灵活性高、响应速度快、铁水温降低、投资与运行成本低等优势。全面介绍了邯钢新区的铁水车和铁水罐及相关配套设施、铁水罐的日常维护、铁水罐在铁钢界面的实际运行情况。通过引入数字化、智能化技术有力地促进了铁钢界面技术的创新发展，通过构建铁钢界面数智化操作平台和智慧调度系统及创新铁钢界面管理模式，实现了对铁钢界面的精准调控，进一步加强了铁钢界面的紧密衔接，提升了能效利用水平，使铁水罐周转时间及周转率、铁水温降等指标得到有效改善，并取得显著经济效益。这一新型铁钢界面技术的创新应用，将对其他钢铁企业起到引领示范作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Metallurgical process science is the basic guiding ideology of modern iron and steel enterprise planning and design, iron and steel interface as a key link in the steel production process, it is not only related to the precise control of hot metal temperature and energy efficiency improvement, but also related to the overall optimization and intelligent transformation of the production process. This paper describes in detail the technological innovation and efficient application of iron-steel interface in HBIS Group Hansteel New District. Three transportation modes of hot metal, such as train, over-span car and automobile, and the technology of "one tank to the end" are introduced in detail. Through comparison and optimization, the new District innovatively adopts the automobile transportation mode. Compared with the other two modes of hot metal transportation, the automobile transportation has the advantages of high flexibility, fast response speed, lower hot metal temperature and low investment and operation cost. In this paper, the hot metal car, hot metal tank and related facilities, the daily maintenance of and the actual operation of hot metal tank at the iron-steel interface in HBIS Group Hansteel New District are introduced. By introducing digital and intelligent technology, HBIS Group Hansteel New District has effectively promoted the innovation and development of iron-steel interface technology. By building the intelligent operation platform and intelligent scheduling system of iron-steel interface and innovating the iron-steel interface management mode, it has realized the precise regulation of iron-steel interface, further strengthened the close connection of iron-steel interface and improved the utilization level of energy efficiency. The indexes such as turnover time, turnover rate and temperature drop of hot metal tank are effectively improved, and remarkable economic benefits are obtained. The innovative application of this new iron-steel interface technology will play a leading role in other steel enterprises.更多还原
