【摘要】 在国家大力推进职业教育高质量发展、加快建设技能型社会的浪潮下，“金专、金课、金师、金地、金教材”五个新时代职业教育的新基建任务，系统性地对职业院校关键办学能力提出了更高要求，成为其内涵发展的必然路径。本文聚焦职业教育产教融合不深、专业与产业适配度不高、人才供需匹配不足等核心问题，设计构建了“两面向、两创新、五强化”的教学改革总体框架，围绕职业教育教学关键要素阐述了“专业与企业融合、课程与岗位融合，教师变师傅、教室变车间、教材变工单”的“二融三变”教学改革路径，为职业院校提升关键办学能力、服务区域经济转型升级提供实践参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Against the national drive for high-quality development in vocational education and the accelerated construction of a skills-based society, the "Five Golden Initiatives" –Golden Specialties, Golden Courses, Golden Teachers, Golden Training Bases, and Golden Teaching Materials–represent new foundational tasks for vocational education in the new era. These tasks systematically impose higher demands on the core educational capacity of vocational institutions, making it an essential path for their connotative development. This paper addresses core issues in vocational education, such as insufficient integration of industry and education, misalignment between specialties and industry needs, and the gap between talent supply and demand. It designs and constructs an overall framework for teaching reform centered on "Two Orientations, Two Innovations, and Five Enhancements." Focusing on key elements of vocational education, the paper elaborates on the "Two Integrations and Three Transformations" teaching reform approach: integrating majors with enterprises and courses with positions, while transforming teachers into mentors, classrooms into workshops, and teaching materials into work orders. This provides a practical reference for vocational institutions to enhance their core educational capacity and support regional economic transformation and upgrading.更多还原
