智慧水利产教融合实训基地建设的数字化实践与关键挑战

【摘要】 水利行业数字化转型升级对技术技能人才培养和实训基地建设提出更高要求。分析智慧水利产教融合实训基地的建设关键支撑要素,结合实践经验探讨建设模式及其应用成效。同时,剖析基地建设面临的技术集成难、师资短缺、行业衔接不足等挑战,并提出优化路径,以助力水利行业数字化转型,提升职业教育质量,推动智慧水利高质量发展。

【Abstract】 The digital transformation and upgrading of the water conservancy industry have raised higher demands for the cultivation of technical and skilled talents and the construction of training bases.This paper analyzes the key supporting elements of the construction of smart water conservancy industry-education integration training bases,and discusses the construction models and their application effectiveness based on practical experience.At the same time,it examines the challenges faced in the construction of these bases,such as technical integration difficulties,a shortage of faculty,and insufficient industry connection,and proposes optimization paths to support the digital transformation of the water conservancy industry,improve vocational education quality,and promote the high-quality development of smart water conservancy.
