等腰肘节式三向测缝计的结构设计与计算方法
Structural design and calculation method of the isosceles toggle-type three-way joint meter
【摘要】 水利工程周边缝变形监测是坝体安全观测的关键项目,传统三向测缝计存在结构复杂、测量误差大、安装繁琐、体型较大等缺点。针对上述不足,设计一种新型等腰肘节式三向测缝计,明确其仪器组成与安装方式,构建对应的计算方法,通过该方法解析周边缝在施工期及运行期产生的张开、沉降、切向位移量。结果表明,该新型测缝计可有效判定周边缝变形是否超出橡胶止水、铜止水的安全阙值及结构是否破坏,为水利工程变形监测提供了一种更可靠、更便捷的技术方案。
【Abstract】 Peripheral joint deformation monitoring of water conservancy projects is a key item in dam safety observation.Traditional three-way joint meters suffer from drawbacks such as complex structure, large measurement errors, cumbersome installation, and excessive size. To address these limitations, a new type of isosceles toggle-type three-way joint meter is designed. Its instrument composition and installation method are clarified, and a corresponding calculation method is established. Through this method, the opening, settlement, and tangential displacement of peripheral joints during the construction and operation periods are analyzed. The results show that the new joint meter can effectively determine whether the peripheral joint deformation exceeds the safety thresholds of rubber water stops and copper water stops, as well as whether the structure is damaged. It provides a more reliable and convenient technical solution for deformation monitoring of water conservancy projects.
