【摘要】 为系统性研究阻碍社区微更新实施的影响因素及各因素间的关系，从制度、主体和平台三个方面识别社区微更新的障碍因素，运用DEMATEL-ISM构建社区微更新实施障碍因素模型，计算各因素的中心度-原因度关系和层级关系。结果表明：公众参与政策法规不健全、街道组织能力欠缺、政府主导能力不足是关键性障碍因素；居民参与意愿低、协商平台不完善是重要性障碍因素。研究结果对推进社区微更新的实施具有一定意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to systematically study the influencing factors that hinder the implementation of community micro-renewal and the relationship among each factor,the obstacles to community micro-renewal were identified from three aspects:system,subject and platform.DEMATEL-ISM was used to construct the obstacles model of community micro-renewal implementation,and the central-cause-degree relationship and hierarchical relationship of each factor were calculated.The results show that the public participation policies and regulations are not sound,the lack of street organization ability,the lack of government leading ability are the key obstacles;The low willingness of residents to participate and the imperfection of the negotiation platform are important obstacles.The results of this study have a certain significance for promoting the implementation of community micro-renewal.更多还原
