【Abstract】 With the rapid development and popularization of Internet technology, “Internet+” has become an important feature of the new era. In the work of Party building at the grass-root level in colleges and universities, how to use Internet technology to innovate the model of Party building and improve the efficiency and quality of Party building, has become a topic worthy of in-depth study.
