【摘要】 目的 以福建省为例，调查分析上市销售的中成药最小销售单元现状，供药品研发、使用、管理等部门参考，以助力我国中药现代剂型高质量发展。方法 2024年3月福建省药械联合限价阳光采购平台可采购到的中成药为研究对象，利用SPSS 25.0进行数据处理与分析。结果 检索到中成药品规数1914个，剂型以口服制剂为主，共1697个(占比88.66%)。口服制剂以丸剂、片剂、胶囊剂为主；按功效分类，祛瘀剂、扶正剂、清热剂占内科用药前三名，分别占比19.00%、15.20%、10.10%;装量范围为1～1800片/粒/丸等，单位价格为0.02～500.00元/片/粒/丸等，使用天数范围为0.22～48.00天，日均费用为1天0.31～623.00元；装量、使用天数、单位价格和日均费用中位数M(P25,P75)分别为24.00(10.00,50.00)、4.00(3.00,6.40)、0.88(0.40,1.81)、4.34(2.51,8.82)。结论 真实世界的中成药价格相对低廉，57.63%的口服制剂的日均费用低于5元，剂型以传统剂型和口服常用剂型为主，81.61%的口服制剂使用天数在7天以下，建议将更多符合慢性病用药指征的中成药纳入慢性病长处方用药目录。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyse the current situation of the minimum sales unit of Chinese patent medicine in Fujian Province, for the reference of drug research and development, use, management and other departments, in order to help provide a basis for the formulation of policies on the high-quality development of Chinese medicine in China.METHODS Chinese patent medicines that could be procured from the Fujian Drug & Medical Apparatus and Instruments Procurement Platform in March 2024 were used as the research object, and SPSS 25.0 was used for data processing and analysis.RESULTS There were 1914 varieties of Chinese patent drugs, 88.66% of which were oral preparations.Oral preparations were mainly pills, tablets and capsules.Oral preparations were classified according to their efficacy, with internal medicines being the most common.Expectorants to relieve congestion, corrective agents and purgatives to relieve heat were the top three internal medicines, accounting for 19.00%,15.20%,and 10.10% of the total.Among oral preparations, the range of loading was 1-1800 tablets/capsules/pills, etc.,the range of unit price was 0.02-500.00 RMB yuan/tablet/capsule/pill, the range of days of use was 0.22-48.00 days, and the the range of average daily cost was 0.31-623.00 RMB yuan; the Median(P25,P75) of loading quantities, days of use, unit price and average daily cost were 24.00(10.00,50.00),4.00(3.00,6.40),0.88(0.40,1.81),4.34(2.51,8.82).CONCLUSION The use of Chinese patent medicine in the real world is relatively inexpensive, the dosage form is dominated by the traditional dosage form and the oral common dosage form, 57.63% of the oral preparations of the average daily cost is less than 5 RMB yuan, and 81.61% of the days of use are less than 7 days.It is recommended that more Chinese patent medicine be included in the catalogue of long-term prescription drugs for chronic diseases.更多还原
