【Abstract】 Nonspecific interstitial pneumonia（NSIP） is a type of primary interstitial pneumonia that responds well to adrenocorticotropic hormones, with a mortality rate of 15%-20% within 5 years^[1].Therefore, increasing awareness of NSIP,timely glucocorticoid therapy, and the addition of other immunosuppressive agents when necessary are essential to reduce the mortality rate of patients with acute exacerbation of NSIP.Now, we analyze the glucocorticoid combined with tacrolimus treatment in a patient with NSIP,aiming to assist the clinic to summarize the medication experience and provide pharmacological suggestions for the development of future treatment plans for patients with NSIP.更多还原
