【摘要】 目的 本研究旨在改革《生物技术药物学实验》课程的教学模式,通过引入翻转课堂教学模式,以解决传统教学模式下理论知识抽象、学生实践操作不足、成绩评估方式单一等问题。在翻转课堂教学模式下,培养学生创新意识和解决问题的能力,以更好地适应生物技术药物学领域的快速发展。方法 (1)提前发布每堂课具体的教学内容,让学生课前在线学习材料获取理论知识,课堂时间用于问题解决、讨论和实验操作,课后进行复习和反馈;(2)实施差异化教学策略,设计具有挑战性的实验方案;(3)构建全新的成绩评价体系,对学生学术成绩、实验技能和创新思维进行全面评价。结果 实施翻转课堂教学后,学生的学习积极性和参与度显著提高,对生物技术药物学知识的理解更加深入,实验操作技能和创新思维得到明显提升。结论 翻转课堂教学模式在生物技术药物学实验课程中的应用取得了显著成效,有助于提升教学质量和学生学习效果,培养具备实践能力和创新意识的生物技术药物学专业人才。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE The purpose of this paper is to reform the teaching mode of Biopharmaceutical Experiments, and to solve the problems of abstract theoretical knowledge, insufficient practical operation of students, and single performance evaluation method in the traditional teaching mode by introducing the flipped classroom teaching mode.In the flipped classroom teaching mode, students are trained to innovate and solve problems to better adapt to the rapid development of the field of biotechnology and pharmacology.METHODS(1)Release the specific teaching content of each class in advance, so that students can obtain theoretical knowledge through online learning materials before class, use class time for problem solving, discussion and experimental operation, and review and feedback after class;(2)Implement differentiated teaching strategies and design challenging experimental protocols;(3)Construct a new performance evaluation system to comprehensively evaluate students′ academic performance, experimental skills and innovative thinking.RESULTS After the implementation of flipped classroom teaching, students′ learning enthusiasm and participation were significantly improved, their understanding of biotechnology pharmacology knowledge was deepened, and their experimental operation skills and innovative thinking were significantly improved.CONCLUSION The application of flipped classroom teaching mode in biotechnology pharmacology laboratory courses has achieved remarkable results, which is helpful to improve the teaching quality and student learning effect, and cultivate biopharmaceutical professionals with practical ability and innovation awareness.
