【摘要】 目的 通过品管圈活动降低手工泛丸过程中粘连丸药的数量，完善本院特色用药服务。方法 将品管圈活动应用于降低手工泛丸过程中粘连丸药数量的全过程，按照品管圈既定的十大步骤进行计划、实施、确认与处置，评价有形成果和无形成果。结果 手工泛丸过程中粘连丸药的数量由活动前的80.2降低为32.6，目标达标率为102.6%;依托品管圈制定了中药手工泛丸减少粘连丸药的标准操作规程，以保障活动效果的持续维持。结论 品管圈活动能有效降低手工泛丸过程中粘连丸药的数量，该质量提升活动也可用于开拓其他药学服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To reduce the quantity of adherent pills in the manual pill coating process through quality control circle (QCC) activities,improve specialty medication services.METHODS Quality control circle activities were applied throughout the entire process of reducing the quantity of adherent pills in the manual pill coating process.Planning,implementation,confirmation,and disposition were carried out according to the ten steps of the quality control circle,and both tangible and intangible results were evaluated.RESULTS The quantity of adherent pills in the manual pill coating process decreased from 80.2 before the activity to 32.6,achieving a target compliance rate of 102.6%.Standard operating procedures for reducing adherence in the manual pill coating process were established to ensure the long-term effectiveness.CONCLUSION Quality control circle activities effectively reduce the quantity of adherent pills in the manual pill coating process and can be applied to explore other pharmaceutical services.更多还原
