可见光作用下构建碳磷键的综合实验设计
Comprehensive Experimental Design of Carbon Phosphorus Bond Construction under Visible Light
【摘要】 为创新人才培养方式,激发学生的创新精神和推动化学教育改革,培养高素质毕业生,结合有机化学研究的热点领域,设计了可见光作用下构建碳磷键的综合实验。通过三苯吡啶盐和二苯基氧膦在可见光催化下构建碳磷键,探讨光源、溶剂、碱、催化剂等不同条件对反应的影响,找到三苯吡啶盐和二苯基氧膦构建碳磷键的最优反应条件。实验设计突出了教学内容和有机化学研究热点领域的交叉融合,有利于激发学生的创新精神以及树立“绿色合成”理念,提高学生综合素养。
【Abstract】 To innovate talent cultivation, inspire students’ innovative spirit, and promote chemical education reform,a comprehensive experiment was designed to construct carbon-phosphorus(C-P) bonds under visible light irradiation.This experiment integrated frontiers in Organic Chemistry research to nurture high-quality graduates with practical and innovative capabilities. C-P bond formation was achieved via the reaction of triphenylpyrylium salts with diphenylphosphine oxide under visible light. Key reaction parameters,including light source, solvent, base, and catalyst,were systematically optimized to determine the optimal conditions for this transformation. By exploring the effects of these variables, students gained hands-on experience in reaction optimization and mechanistic analysis. Our experimental design highlighted the integration of educational content with cutting-edge organic chemistry research, explicitly incorporating the concept of “green synthesis” to foster sustainable chemical thinking. This approach not only cultivated students’ innovative spirit, but also enhanced their comprehensive competence by bridging theory and practice. Aligned with national strategies for improving higher education quality, this initiative aimed to produce graduates equipped with both disciplinary expertise and problem-solving skills in real-world chemical contexts.
