正溴丁烷的制备实验改进

【摘要】 鉴于目前有机化学实验教材中正溴丁烷的制备实验耗时过长、后处理多、易乳化、浓硫酸洗涤存在安全隐患等问题,依据实验原理、反应条件分析和对照实验,对正溴丁烷的制备实验后处理进行了简化,省去粗产物蒸馏、浓硫酸洗涤、干燥后产品蒸馏等步骤,实验结果表明,改进后的实验步骤简洁、产率提高、时间短、操作安全、符合绿色环保要求,实验补充了产品核磁谱图表征环节,拓展和加深了学生对核磁表征在实验中的具体应用,有利于提升学生利用核磁谱图判定化合物结构和纯度的能力。

【Abstract】 In view of the problems of the preparation of n-bromobutane in the current organic chemistry laboratory textbooks: excessive time-consuming, many purification steps, easy to emulsify, concentrated sulfuric acid washing with safety hazards, etc, based on the experimental principle, reaction conditions analysis and control experiments, the preparation of n-bromobutane purification experiments was simplified, including the omission of the steps of distillation of the crude product, washing with concentrated sulfuric acid, and drying of the product after the distillation. The experimental results showed that the improved experimental steps were concise, the yield was increased, the time was short, the operation was safe, and the compound met the requirements of green environmental protection. The experiment supplemented the characterization of the product nuclear magnetic resonance( NMR) spectra, which expanded and deepened the specific application of NMR characterization in the experiment, and was conducive to enhancing the ability of students to determine the structure and purity of compounds using NMR spectra.
