不同浸种液对夏枯草发芽率的影响

【摘要】 采用培养皿纸上发芽法,用不同浓度赤霉素、大量元素水溶肥料、EDTA-Zn、EDTA-Fe、EDTA-Cu作为浸种液,对夏枯草种子进行浸种处理,考察不同浸种液对夏枯草发芽率的影响。同时采用正交实验优化了赤霉素与大量元素水溶肥料混合液的浸种条件。结果显示,几种浸种液对夏枯草萌发均有促进作用,且最适宜浸种时间均为12 h,赤霉素适宜浸种浓度为400 mg/L、大量元素水溶肥料适宜浸种浓度为15 mg/L,微量元素锌、铁、铜对夏枯草萌发也有促进作用。赤霉素与大量元素水溶肥料混合浸种效果最好,混合液适宜浓度为赤霉素450 mg/L、大量元素水溶肥料10 mg/L、浸种时间12 h,夏枯草发芽率为74.8%,与清水对照相比,发芽率提高了36.25%。

【Abstract】 The seeds of Prunella vulgaris were soaked by germination method on Petri dish paper, and different concentrations of gibberellin, water-soluble fertilizer of large elements, EDTA-Zn, EDTA-Fe and EDTA-Cu were used as soaking solutions to investigate the effect of different soaking solutions on the germination rate of Prunella vulgaris. At the same time, orthogonal experiments were used to optimize the soaking conditions of the mixture of gibberellin and water-soluble fertilizer with a large number of elements. The results showed that several soaking solutions had a promoting effect on the germination of Prunella vulgaris, the most suitable soaking time was 12 h, and the suitable soaking concentration of gibberellin was 400 mg/L, a large number of elements water-soluble fertilizer were suitable for soaking concentration of 15 mg/L, trace elements zinc, iron and copper also had a promoting effect on the germination of Prunella vulgaris. The soaking effect of gibberellin mixed with water-soluble fertilizer with large elements was the best, and the appropriate concentration of the mixture was 450 mg/L, macro-element water-soluble fertilizer was 10 mg/L and soaking time were 12 h, and the germination rate of Prunella vulgaris was 74.8%, which was 36.25% higher than that of the clear water control.
