3D 打印在髋关节发育不良手术治疗的应用现状
Current status of 3D printing in the surgical treatment of developmental dysplasia of the hip
【摘要】 <正>髋关节发育不良(developmental dysplasia of the hip,DDH)是关节骨科常见疾病,指髋关节解剖结构的异常发育,常为形状、方向及组织学的异常[1]。DDH解剖特征为股骨头与髋臼的容纳欠佳,髋关节处于半脱位或完全脱位,关节功能障碍是其常见临床表现。DDH有3种临床分型,分别为髋臼发育不良、髋关节半脱位、髋关节脱位[2]。流行病学调查显示我国DDH的发病率为1.3‰~23.6‰[3],以女性居多。3D打印又称三维打印技术,是一种精准的快速成型技术,基于成像数据以及分层制造原理,以数字模型为模版,通过激光或电子束使用粘合材料逐层堆叠,创建等比例的3D比例模型。目前在临床实践中3D打印广泛运用于骨科手术,主要有术前进行相关骨模型打印、定制术中相关的假体与内植物以及术中导航模板等[4]。该技术一定程度上可降低手术难度,应用于髋关节手术有巨大优势。
【Abstract】 Developmental dysplasia of the hip is one of the common disorders in joint orthopaedics.It is treated by non-surgical means in the early stage.Surgery is preferred when it progresses to the late stage.In recent years,the development of 3D printing technology has been gradually applied to the field of clinical orthopaedics.This technology is applied to hip surgery through the printing of bone models,customised prosthesis and endoprosthesis,and intraoperative navigation templates,etc.In this paper,we will discuss the current status of 3D printing in hip dysplasia surgery,in order to provide guidance for clinical practice.
