【Abstract】 The construction of humanistic hospital is an important content in the high-quality development of hospital, and is a key pathway to continuously satisfy the people’s aspiration for a better life. This paper elaborates the definition and connotation of humanistic hospital, constructs a theoretical framework of the humanistic hospital system from one spirit, one core, two main bodies, and six dimensions, and summarizes the achievements of preliminary practice in humanistic hospital construction in the aspect of improving hospital employees’ well-being and patients’ medical experience,aiming at providing reference for the construction and implement of humanistic hospital in the context of high-quality development.更多还原
