金黄色葡萄球菌类肠毒素SElM的生物信息学分析及抗原表位预测
Bioinformatics Analysis and Antigenic Epitope Prediction of SEIM from Staphylococcus aureus
【摘要】 文章通过生物信息学分析金黄色葡萄球菌类肠毒素SElM的结构与功能,发现其由239个氨基酸组成,含21个糖基化和4个磷酸化位点。其中,苏氨酸磷酸化位点占比最高。该蛋白无跨膜结构,含N端1~22位信号肽,且二级结构以无规则卷曲和延伸链为主。预测显示,SEl M具有6个线性B细胞和4个Th细胞表位,有强免疫原性。研究结果为开发多表位疫苗及抗肿瘤制剂提供了理论基础,通过引入生物信息学方法,有效支撑了抗原表位预测与功能分析。
【Abstract】 This study conducts a bioinformatics analysis of the structure and function of Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin-like M(SEIM).The results reveal that SEIM comprises 239 amino acids with 21 glycosylation sites and 4 phosphorylation sites,among which threonine phosphorylation sites are predominant.The protein lacks transmembrane domains,contains an N-terminal signal peptide(residues 1-22),and exhibits a secondary structure dominated by random coils and extended strands.Bioinformatic predictions identify that SEIM contains 6 linear B-cell epitopes and 4 Th-cell epitopes,demonstrating strong immunogenicity.These findings provide a theoretical basis for developing multi-epitope vaccines and antitumor agents,and the bioinformatics method effectively suppots the antigen epitope prediction and functional analysis.
