【摘要】 《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》的实施及职业教育改革的推进，对课程改革提出了更深层次的要求。在大健康时代背景下，教学团队联合食品药品合作企业，对食品质量与安全专业群共享课程微生物基础展开教学改革探索，并通过重构课程教学目标、构建“岗课赛证”融通模块化教学体系、创新“三段递进式”教学模型、建立多元评价方案等举措，推行5年改革实践，有效提升了人才培养质量和团队服务能力，为区域大健康产业高质量发展提供了重要支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the implementation of the“Healthy China 2030”Outline and the continuous progress of vocational education reform,there is an increasing requirement for in-depth curriculum reform. In the context of the era of "Greater Health", the teaching team, in close collaboration with food and drug enterprises, has explored the teaching reform ofMic robiology Basics, a program-shared course for food quality and safety. By reconstructing teaching objectives, building a modular teaching system integrating "posts, courses,competitions, and certificates", innovating the "three-stage progressive" teaching model, and establishing a multi-dimensional evaluation system, five-year reform practices have been carried out. These efforts have significantly enhanced talent cultivation quality and the team’s service capabilities, providing strong support for the high-quality development of the regional Greater Health industry.更多还原
