【摘要】 为解决阜南柳编文化互动性欠佳、受众面窄、商业化不足等问题，此研究着力打造一款以用户需求为核心的App，旨在促进其活态传承与可持续发展。依托服务设计的“用户—场景—触点”逻辑框架，研究通过实地调研和用户访谈，明确了目标用户的角色分类，并深入分析其需求及场景痛点。进而，运用用户旅程图和服务蓝图，系统梳理了柳编非遗文化的传播路径，最终完成了App设计。以期有效整合多方面需求，弥合非遗文化传承与现代用户之间的需求鸿沟，助力传统非遗文化在现代信息环境中实现价值再生，并为其他非遗文化的传承发展提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 To address the issues of poor interactivity,narrow audience base and insufficient commercialization of Funan willow weaving culture,this research aims to create an App centered on user needs,with the goal of promoting its dynamic inheritance and sustainable development.Relying on the "user-scene-touchpoint" logical framework of service design,the research,through field investigations and user interviews,clarified the role classification of target users and conducted in-depth analysis of their demands and scene pain points.Furthermore,by using the user journey map and service blueprint,the dissemination path of the intangible cultural heritage of willow weaving was systematically sorted out,and finally the design of the App was completed.With the aim of effectively integrating the demands of multiple parties,bridging the demand gap between the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage and modern users,facilitating the value regeneration of traditional intangible cultural heritage in the modern information environment,and providing references for the inheritance and development of other intangible cultural heritages.更多还原
