抚顺式干馏炉富氧热解工艺可行性研究
Feasibility Study on Oxygen-Enriched Pyrolysis Process of Fushun-Style Retort Furnace
【摘要】 针对抚顺式干馏炉加热效率偏低的问题,提出富氧热解工艺优化方案。通过数值模拟手段,深入研究O2浓度对发生段温度、气体组分以及能量特性的影响。研究结果表明:随O2浓度升高,发生段的燃烧温度随之上升;在气体组分方面,CO2占比增加、CO占比降低;发生瓦斯的质量流量呈单调递减趋势,比显焓整体呈递增态势(仅在O2浓度达到36%时出现短暂下降);总显焓呈波动性增长。本研究为油页岩富氧热解提供了理论依据,通过灵活调控O2浓度可降低干馏段对额外热源的需求,推动自热式干馏工艺的实现,为抚顺式干馏炉的高效运行开拓新的路径。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of low heating effici ency of the Fushun-style retort furnace, this study proposes an optimization scheme for the oxygen-enriched pyrolysis process. Through numerical simulation methods, it investigates the influence of O2 concentration on the temperature, gas composition and energy characteristics of the generation section in depth. The research results show that, as the O2 concentration gradually increases, the combustion temperature of the generation section rises accordingly.For gas composition, the proportion of CO2 increases while the proportion of CO decreases; the mass flow rate of the generated gas shows a monotonically decreasing trend, and the specific sensible enthalpy generally shows an increasing trend, with only a brief decrease when the O2 concentration reaches 36%; at the same time, the total sensible enthalpy shows a fluctuating growth. This achievement provides a theoretical basis for the oxygen-enriched pyrolysis of oil shale. It is expected that by flexibly adjusting the O2 concentration, the demand for additional heat sources in the retorting section can be reduced, and the realization of the self-heating retorting process can be promoted, opening up a new path for the efficient operation of the Fushun-style retort furnace.
